As technology and cyber threats become more pervasive, so too are targeted, everyday attacks aimed at your clients. Even the smartest of people occasionally fall victim to a phishing website or link they thought was real and came from their financial advisor. Under FINRA and SEC, both firm and financial adviser are held accountable and ultimately responsible for maintaining cybersecurity compliance with regulators and most important, the client.
