Founded FCI in 1995 with a single focus: cybersecurity for financial services. Nationally recognized cybersecurity expert with deep expertise in NYDFS 23 NYCRR 500, SEC, FINRA, and NAIC requirements. Regular speaker at T3, Financial Planning Association, and major industry conferences. Cited by CNBC, Financial Planning Magazine, Investment News, and Forbes. Cybersecurity Technology Expert, Forbes NY Council. Certificate in Cybersecurity Risk Management, Harvard University.
Eric Edelman
President
Leading FCI’s service delivery and daily operations since 2000. Responsible for ensuring every client engagement meets the standard — world-class customer experience, consistent service quality, and operational reliability. Deep understanding of how financial services firms actually operate, which translates directly into services calibrated to what compliance officers, CISOs, and operations leaders need.
Vincent Guyaux
Business Advisor
Corporate management, sales, and business development expertise across North America, Asia, and Europe. Joined FCI in 2017 to build the sales and business development team. Co-founder and Chairman of the Board at Buckler, a Cybersecurity Program Management System. Previously held leadership roles at Croesus, Metafoam, Imaginum, Locus Dialog (acquired by InfoSpace), and Apple, where he earned two President’s Club awards. Certificate in Cybersecurity Risk Management, Harvard University.
Brian Rohllf
Director, Cybersecurity Services
Senior cybersecurity strategist and project leader. With FCI since 2006, he has developed, enhanced, and supported the SaaS services that clients in cyber-regulated industries depend on. Expert in federal and state cybersecurity regulations. Leads the team of technicians implementing NIST-based cybersecurity compliance services to enterprise field offices across North America. Has led numerous incident assessments and breach investigations, including cases resulting in the recovery of fraudulently wired funds. B.S. in Computer Science, SUNY Albany.
Melody Lugo
Operations Manager
With FCI since 2012. Progressed from marketing and communications to Operations Manager in 2017 by consistently taking on more responsibility and delivering results. Plans and monitors daily operations, revises and formulates policies, and drives their implementation. Continuously improves management systems, processes, and best practices to meet client expectations. The operational backbone of FCI — the person the team relies on for any and all issues.
Michael Pytura
Sales Manager
Technology industry professional and former financial advisor with over 22 years of experience in sales and business development. Joined FCI in 2018. Previously built an insurance and financial services firm from scratch, growing it to one of the most successful in the region in two years — earning a place in the Region Builder’s Club. Held senior sales positions in telecom and IT before that. Brings a practitioner’s understanding of what financial services firms actually face.

Director of Technical Operations and Development
Focused on cybersecurity for financial services independent branch offices. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills applied to account management, problem solving, and client service. Known for data-driven decision-making, persuasive communication, and consistent follow-through.
